This policy explains what information wikifootx.com ("we", "us", "this site") collects when you visit, and what we do with it. This site is an independent guide and is not operated by WikiFeetX or WikiFeet.
Information we collect
- Contact form. If you send us a message we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. We use it only to read and answer your enquiry.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
- No accounts. You cannot register on this site, and we do not ask visitors for payment details.
Cookies
Browsing this site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A single strictly necessary cookie is used only for site administrators when they sign in. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, this page will be updated first.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one you leave wikifootx.com and the destination website may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy, including to record that you arrived from our link. We do not control those sites and recommend reading their policies. See our disclaimer for how affiliate links work.
How we use and share information
We use the information above to operate and secure the site and to reply to messages. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host the site, or when the law requires it.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us. Use the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local data protection law.
Adults only
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
